Every Mon. Wed. Fri. to your machine of choice for 30 minutes or more if you so desire. When you are done. On Friday just put a line or two about your work out and if you did or didn't ( I guess) I went ahead and started yesterday. So I guess Tomorrow would be the next day of record. If you want to do more days than that, AWESOME. If not, 3 thirty minute workouts are the recommended weekly anyway. Anyone can take part. Just blog on Friday. Ames-is this what you had in mind???
