Indeed it can be any exercising that you deem worthy (television never will be an exercise) Walk, Yoga, bike, run, etc. 3 times a week for 30 or more minutes. That's not much right. Pen -nut, Abenana, Amie, any other takers.. Oh and I expect those pictures posted by 15:00. (Just kidding) But I do think we should all take a picture with our shoulders slumped and big frowns on our face. Funny! Good luck to us all, heaven knows I need it.
