Happy Moldy Cheese Day!?!? (Oct 9th)

I kid you not today is Moldy Cheese Day. A day to embrace your Moldy Cheese whether it be cheddar, Swiss, or mozzarella, and tell it you appreciate it, even though you did your best to eat it, but didn't use it in time before it became a putrid shade of green, you did love it, and are sad you may have to throw it out without enjoying every last bit of it.
