Clearance

There is something very satisfactory to finding a good deal. Last night I took the littlest girl and went to town. I had planned to go to the Target and Old Navy. I made a quick stop at Costco to get some food for Super Bowl Sunday. Then on to Target. I found several lounge/exercise pants for myself at the low price of $2.98 But the true deal of the night was In the toddler section where I bought Kase 5 pairs of pants at 1.74 each. I was so proud of that deal that I stopped while I was ahead and didn't even make it to the Navy. It was a nice night out just the 2 of us. We shared a pretzel and a slushy, and shopped until 8:30 to get home at 9:30.

I love sales. In fact, if I can find a bargain something that I know I can't or won't use it is fun to buy it for someone that would like it.

Men do not understand this concept. They would rather pay full price for something and get out of the store quickly before they would actually save money looking around to see what other items may be on sale.

But then Men are from Mars - or some other far distant planet!!

Wow, what a clearance sale!!! That's the best kind. Well, I have so many things I could say about you. You always have the best ideas for everything, especailly things that will bring our family and extended family closer. You have a wonderful way with words, and I am continually amazed with your writing. You need to write a book. You are a terrific mother, always doing all that you can for your children and building them up and strengthening them in their individuality. And you are an amazing friend to me. Thank you!!
