Well short of the cool weekend we had, you can finally feel spring right around the corner. My lilac bush is in full bloom just in time for mothers day, and some of my plants in my flower bed have emerged from their wintry sleep. It's very exciting. Kenneth even had to mow last weekend. So maybe, just maybe spring is here to stay now that's it May.

I have two lilac trees in my front yard and I love them for like two weeks each year. Then the blooms fade to an ugly purple and turn brown.. Seriously thinking I'm just gonna rip them out.... Soon as I decide what to put in their place....
And don't be in too much of a hurry for it to be warm. It went from being not quite 60 to 80 here literally over night... Someone forgot it was supposed to be spring before it got to be summer...
