Super Easy Cream Puffs

1/2 cup butter
1 cup water
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup all purpose flour
4 eggs

In a large pot, bring water and butter to a rolling boil. Stir in flour and salt until the mixture forms a ball. Transfer into a mixing bowl. Using a wooden spoon, or mixer, beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each se. Drop by tablespoons onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes in preheated oven (400) or until golden brown. Centers should be dry. Let cool. Cut them in half or fill with pastry bag.
I just fill mine with already made pudding mixed with whipped cream, then sprinkle with powdered sugar for the fancy effect.

drooling.... too bad i can't think of a good reason to make them. I have to make will some chocolate chip cookies, because i made oatmeal raisin ones, which he calls crappy cookies (he was even using sign language to show me that they were "poop cookies" as he knows those 2 signs...) it was funny.
